Small Scale Military Headquarters

I just bought a Dragon 1/35 Elefant #61004 on ebay for $28.75. I have two questions about it:

1. Anyone have any detailed history on this particular Elefant?

2. How does the Dragon 1/35 Elefant compare to the FOV 1/32 Elefant?

To me the Dragon Elefant is the better tank as it paint job is just right

The FOV Elefant's zimmerit looks exaggerated compared to the photos of the real thing. But I do like the extra treads that are attached. It's too bad both Elefants don't include commander figures, but for $28.75, I can't complain too much.
