Lucky ebay grab

Managed to get one of the Monogram 1/32 Ostwind models still in wrap for just $20 (+$& S/H). Usually they're twice that.
I know the turret isn't quite right but its 1/32 and that is all that counts.

Good snag. Lately I've been trying to get some of the more elusive/rare 1/32 scale kits/vehicles our there. Lucky for you that one was already off my list of stuff to find lol
The only problem now is that I am running out of even less common stuff to find and buy. Someone needs to become the PH of 1/32 to save the day!

I've found a site that has tons of 1/32 WWII aircraft kits of all kinds, but the bulk of them are resin kits. But if you really want a B-24 or a Heinkel He-177 they have them.

As far as armor goes, I'm not sure what all is left out there - at least as far as German armor goes being as I only collect that. The Jagdpanzer is the only other one I'm missing that I'm aware of.

Out of your list these are the items I would still be looking for. The Beetle conversion would be awesome as I am a VW owner and would like more to go with my Kubel and Schwimm.
I didn't realize Bandai made 1/32 kits. I am only familiar with the old 1/48 kits.
And more artillery would be nice. Actually, I could use an AA gun (Flak 38 I think) to mount in the back of an Opel Maultier. Who makes a 1/32 Flak 38 other than the FOV Sdkfz 7?
The reason I'd like the Sdkfz 251 even though I have 3 already is to make variants.

Here is a pic of the Bandai kit:
It is super hard to find. I've come across only four on ebay since I've been looking (2006), one I actually won only to have it delivered and find out it was missing the turret/gun (Return to sender!). All others I have been outbid or just wasn't able to bid when I needed to. I have heard that the kit is out of scale a little, more towards 1/30, which would make sense since Bandai made a Jagdpanzer IV L/70 and a Panther (I think) in 1/30. I just want to get it for the turret to be honest

and mate it with a modified Monogram 232 for my own, more 1/32 Puma.
And here is a link the the Hinchliffe PAK 43/41 I finally found/won:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... MEWNX%3AIT
It looks to be an awesome white metal kit, but it has lots of pieces

The other Hinchliffe stuff I find is just too damn expensive. and don't get me started on the Ulrich Puchala stuff. Incredibly expensive, especially for unbuilt white metal!

Britains' 1/32 vehicles can be found. From their earlier jeeps, German halftracks, German motorcycles with sidecars, British version of their jeep. various types of Land Rovers or Range Rovers, to their Shermans, Fireflys, Panzers, T34's, German halftracks, Greyhounds, etc., if you seek them at toy shows, flea markets, toy soldier shows, etc, many can be found for some ridiculously low prices. I have been accumulating these various vehicles from $5 to $30. Also please don't forget the various Dinky and Corgi 1/32 vehicles that can be found. There's a lot out their but I would still like to see some new entries in this arena......

Indeed I did leave off Britain's offerings. Some vehicles fit nicely, like their Daimler scout car, but things like T34 and hanomag are a little big, and more along the 1/30 scale.
I left Corgi off my list mainly because they don't make 1/32 vehicles AFAIK (Just planes) and that was what my list was comprised of. Dinky was omitted mainly becaus to be honest, their offerings are just not up to the caliber as those I mentioned.

Add another to your list under "White Metal Kits" - Imrie-Risely US 57mm AT gun. This is basically a good model but needs a lot of detail work to make it look nicer. I believe these are still being made by Saratoga Toy Soldoiers along with the I-R US paratoopers and other I-R WW2 figures. Current retail is about $40.00.

Dinky made some interesting cannons, trucks and US jeeps. All were metal. When new products are limited if any at all I believe I must exhaust all options in order to have a variety of available vehicles. How many Tigers, Shermans and Panzers can we have?

Hobby Bunker has 1/32 vehicles and figures from Figarti at some low prices in their 'super sale' section. WWII British trucks and Jeeps, North Africa...

I propose we sticky this thread, changing the title to "Lesser Known 1/32 Offerings". Useful information for those wishing to learn more about the 1/32 offerings out there.
Also, if people submit new offerings that are confirmed to be 1/32 I will update the list.
