"New" figure sets from FOV?

Saw an add (you probably seen it by now) offering "brand new" 
German and American 1/32 soldier sets from FOV. From the photos on every dealers site, I see nothing new. The photos show the same old Popeye armed figures. I guess the dealers have to put the best spin that they can on these god-awful figures but it is just so irratating 
to see them called "brand new".
