FOV replacement parts?

My FOV 1/32 M26 Pershing just arrived and the left front headlight was broken into several pieces with one piece missing.
Does FOV provide replacement parts for such situations? If so, what is the best way to contact FOV for a replacement part?

Who did you buy it from..?? If it's damaged you ought to be able to return it for a refund or replacement from whoever you purchased it from. Unimax is based in Hong Kong as far as I know, and while they probably do have a US sales rep/distributor, getting replacements for small parts like a headlight could be a long and frustrating process. Perhaps someone who has actually tried to get replacement parts from Unimax can chime in here.
