I was checking out HM site today hoping to see some of the new upcoming releases.
I noticed they added a consumer direct email to thier design team. It allows you to make them aware of any problem you see in the model. Historical inaccurate details or paint issue. I know Aferg made a comment on the Panzer II paint scheme. They will now take into consideration any issues and correct them before production starts.
I think this is pretty cool!
