Red Falcon is a brand new manufacturer.
They have had a Mig 23 in "the works" for a while now.
Finally today, this much anticipated model of the Mig 23 is available for pre-orders from various dealers.

Red Falcon plans on doing only Soviet aircraft from the Cold War.At least to start. An area that is highly under represented.
This release looks pretty good,IMO.
And hopefully will lead to other Mig's and Sukhoi's from Red Falcon.

I always felt that the Russian and European aircraft always took a back seat in most scale. Irs nice to see a change in that thinking.

Not a very big fan of Mig-23, but I will buy one. We need more high-quality Russian diecasts.
Witty's Mig-29 and SU-27 are just not good enough for me. Landing gears and missiles not removable? Are you kidding me?
Let's hope this company will fare better.

Well that is good news for Red Falcon.
I will be ordering one of these, hopefully from a Canadian dealer.
I can see this model selling very well,as there is no other Mig 23 available.I would think that they would do a couple of repaints of the Mig 23,before they tackle any other aircraft.
Personally,I would like to see a Mig 25 next.

One retailer has stated in their news page that the Mig 25 is on the drawing board for release. That will be cool to see.
