All Go Toys 32X Wishlist

Post by Shin Densetsu » Sun Feb 07, 2010 1:25 pm

Post 1/32 scale items you'd like All Go Toys to produce if they bring back the 32X line.

The scale offers more releases for an affordable price, and with that said, typically has more variants than 1/18 releases. While the 1/18 stuff usually just sticks with straight repaints, the 32X line saw new parts for a lot of variants.

Here's what I want to see:
  • F-14A Tomcat 70's high viz VF-1 Wolfpack
  • F-14D Super Tomcat CAG VF-2 Bounty Hunters
  • A-7D SEA Camo
  • A-6B Intruder w/shrikes
  • F-15DJ Hiko Kyodotai Aggressor Eagles
  • A-4F Super Fox in VF-43 liveries
  • F-14B VF-101 Grim Reaper red trim
  • F-4J Phantom VF-111 Sundowners
  • F-15E Strike Eagle
  • F-5N VFC-111 Sundowners
...and more!
Shin's wishlist for 1/18 and 1/32 with retractable landing gear and more:

F-14 Tomcat, F-8 Crusader, A-4 Skyhawk, F-105 Thunderchief, A-6 Intruder, F-15C, F-15E Strike Eagle

Anything post WWII. I'm a modern guy myself, but even the WWII interest I do have, can't really take another P-51, FW-190, or Me-109. If they've got the molds, repaints of the M-41 and/or the M-113 would be a great place to start. If they feel like going with something new, how about a T-55 or T-72? Imagine the possible variety of repaints with those...

Well, I am a WWII guy, but even I've had enough P-51s and 109's to last me for the time being - maybe if they revisit and improve some old molds or come up with some truly unique paint schemes.

What I would like to see that hasn't been done (by 21st at least) would be:

Wespe
Nashorn
Sdkfz 250/3
Panzerspahwagen
Panzer I
Typhoon
Hurricane
anything Japanese that isn't a Zero
anything Russian
Mosquito
Beaufighter
BF-110
He-162
Me-163
Hellcat
Wildcat (BBI doesn't seem keen on repainting their's)
Avenger
Stuka Kanonenvogel - Rudel's in 1/32 would be nice

Many more I'm sure as I only collect German armor and that leaves the Allies with tons to hope for (Crusaders and Cromwells, anyone?).

Oh boy! another wishlist! :D

Let's see, I'll start with some allied planes of WWII

P-40E Warhawk
P-38 Lightning
P-39 Aircobra
F6F Hellcat
P-51A Mustang
P-47 Razorback
TBF Avenger
TBD Devastator
Hurricane
Typhoon
Tempest
Spitfire (well some more Spits and some new MK's anyways)
P-51D Mustang (ditto)
P-51 B/C (ditto)

B-17 Flying Fortress (c'mon we know you were thinking about it. ;) )
C-47 Dakota
B-25 Mitchell
Mosquito

While we're at it, reissue all the other ones so we're drowning in 1/32 again.

It would be nice to see them complete some of the proposed 1/32nd projects from 21C, such as the Dodge 6X6 truck in 1/32nd, and scaling down the Dodge 3/4 ton truck ("weapons carrier, WC51" and command car (WC56) from the 1/18 line to the 1/32nd line. There were also some heavy weapons crews that were prototyped but never produced. Less airplanes, more trucks, tanks and figures. Not a popular opinion but that's my vote. If they must make airplanes how about re-doing the 21C P51 without the immmense rivets. Look at a real P51, they were rivetted together but the rivets are FLUSH with the surface.

Agreed... planes don't do anythign for me. Bren carrier, some trucks, and RUSSIAN vehicles would all be cool. For figures, some marines and some more Russians (maybe some paratroopers?) would be splendid.

Since you're probably not going to get new molds for a while, you should probably stick to repaints for the time being...

My repaint wishlist:

More P-51Ds (ETO please, a redtail woudl be great)
More Spitfires (definitely need a Battle of Britain one or two, but PLEASE fix that awful canopy)
A Bunker Hill Corsair (They made decals for it in the model kit, I'm just too lazy to find and build one)
A P-47 D Razorback (yes, this would require a different mold, but they probably were holding back on one)

I wouldn't mind a lot of repaints from schemes that they've only done in 1/18 scale, since it would be easy to scale the paint insturctions down for the factories...

They could also scale up the P-40N, P-40E to 1/32.

I wonder if they had planned on a 1/32 NKK Spitfire? The picture was on the box.

Oh yeah, and trucks. Lots of trucks. Armies live on convoys of food, fuel, munitions, and general supplies. Make'm out of plastic, and keep the price down, even if it means scrimping on some details (such as the undersides or engines, maybe interiors...), so that we can afford to have convoys. I need something to protect.
