Question about newer Dragon 1/72 tanks

I noticed at Stratton's Toys that some of the newer Dragon 1/72 tanks are described as having a "new tooled" turret, upper and lower hull. Does anyone know what this really means? Is this an improvement over previous tanks even though they are similar, i.e. both are Porshe turrets?

The New Tooled Turret as Dragon states is for the molds that they use for the turrets and hulls to duplicate the Zimmerit Anti-Mine Paste that the Germans used during WWII. The only way to duplicate this is by using carbide micro tooling that is used with high speed CNC equipment to machine the molds. Conventional cutting tools could never duplicate the detail that is required in the 1:72 scale molds. Would'nt it be nice if Dragon would invest some money in their manufacturing of their diecast parts and duplicate the Zimmerit process here and have a 100% Diecast Tank with 0 plastic for the main super structure
