The forum is just having problems with its ISP, but should be back up soon.

Mostly diecast, but very good site for planes, armor, etc. such as Hobby Master, Century Wings, Dragon, Corgi, Franklin Mint, etc.

Yeah, I don't know whats up with that..
Here is a forum that many members visit when the modelhangar goes down. It was originally a "lifeboat forum" the last time the modelhangar was down for almost a month.

I say this to all armour fans that don't collect diecast warbirds - if you go over to MH II (or its amusingly bastard cousin, DFD
http://www.diecastflightdeck.com) you're asking for a world of trouble! I went over there to check out their threads on diecast tanks, and within half a year I had a closet full of diecast planes
