These are some of the best diecast aircraft models i`ve seen and although they are not making anymore, the company still goes on with there cars and such.

All of em?cornbreadfred wrote:I love their 48th scale airplanes. I have them all. I guess my favorite is their F4F Wildcat. Great looking models.
Definitely!!AMERICAN_GRENADIER wrote:i had been watching them for awhile. now that prices dropped i jumped in.
they are some of the best planes i have. i have nearly all of them WWI and WWII. i really like the butch ohare wildcat and the red udet is a must. price a very good right now. wouldnt pass that one up.
Why do you think that Udet 109 is all red? I think since its from 1937 before WWII it has something to do with a kind of tribute to Manfred Von Richthofen...just my take!AMERICAN_GRENADIER wrote:i had been watching them for awhile. now that prices dropped i jumped in.

IIRC, The Udet 109 was an air racer.Panzer Div.68 wrote:Why do you think that Udet 109 is all red? The Carousel one planes are better than Franklin Mint and I think they are better than Corgis planes, although Corgi doesn't offer 1/48 planes.sledgehammer wrote:Have been eyeing em for a while now, are they as good as FM or Corgi?
