Very impressive. I hope it comes in sections otherwise I'm not sure how its supposed to be shipped to mail order customers. With the outer box, I doubt it would even fit into most cars. Still, you have to commend them for thinking out side the box.

omg......that will cost $3000 at least. Plus shipping.
Incredible.
At over 7 feet the Post Office won't ship it. Will have to be courier and as a specialty item. Will cost a fortune. It might even have to be air freight to many countries, which means hundreds of dollars for shipping plus has to be picked up at the airport. I wonder how may they are planning on selling?
Would go very nicely with the 1/144 bismarck we saw a while ago.

$3,000 you say? If the rep at their North American distributor is correct, we're talking a heck of alot more than that, plus shipping. Try mid five figures, at least.
Frankly, I doubt you'll see it available here, unless a would-be buyer bought it straight from Japan or where ever its being shipped from.
Strangely, you'd think the manufacturer would at least unwrap the base before circulating pictures if they're truly looking to sell this thing to the public. Otherwise, it could just be a vanity statement, ie. look what we can produce if we set our minds to it.
Imagine if this thing arrived at its final destination broken and unrepairable?

Wow! The shipper is even throwing in free shipping although I dont think the carrier comes with the aircraft.
The CW carrier is obviously bigger, but it will still purportedly fetch a lot more money, just in case anyone is interested. Plus, I'm sure you're looking at shipping costs from Asia, whereas this auction is already based in North America.
Either way, they're certainly impressive replicas, provided you have the funds and space to complete the sale. Then, of course, there's the air wings themselves and handling apparatus. Nintey aircraft times say $40 a pop comes to $3,600. Add the apparatus and you're looking at close to $4,000 to outfit the wings.

That, my friend, is an understatement. No different than hanging a 1:18 scale F-14/F-15/A-10 from the ceiling and eyeing it from top to bottom. Of course, asking the wife to understand is a completely different matter...

It looks like one of Nimitz' earlier configuration. I wonder why would they make such a large and expensive model of a still-active ship, and not make it in her most up-to-date configuration.
