german ss div. artillery crew colours

hallo all
i am triyng to depict german SS div.artillery crew to portrait a early /mid war 88 mm flak battery of the SS
Ca n anyboby help me with the uniforms of the ss crew especially details like
collars and shoulder straps?

I am at work so I don't have any resources to check with. However I would think it would be a basic infantry style or cut uniform in field gray with red artillery piping instead of the white infantry piping, around the shoulder straps and the usual SS black rank patches at the front of the collar on one side and the SS runes on the other.

By the way its an extreme coincidence but i have strive for years to model Kansas City mo in ho as i am a fervent admirer of the Santa Fe railroad

That is a cool site. Shows all kinds of US, allied and axis uniforms and equipment. Good reference, I wish I could afford some of that stuff. :lol:

Stefano, Forgot to ask. What kind of scenes,landmarks and buildings do you have to represent KCMO on your HO layout. I taken my dad to the model train show each year and of all the layouts the model RR clubs set up, I can't remember any having the hometown as a background or setting.
