A special offer!

Ok, I normally pay no attention at all to the little flyers that come with my credit card bill informing me of a "special offer" I can use to increase the balance on my card, but this one caught my eye. It's for firetrucks. It claims that there are four different ones, all die-cast, precision built, with opening hoods and turning wheels. They claim them to be highly detailed, and the (admittedly small) pictures seem to bear this out. The trucks are:
1921 American LaFrance fire pumper FDNH (I don't know where that is)
1928 Studebaker South Bend Indiana F.D.
1941 GMC CO2 Firewagon GMC Plant Protection Detroit MI
1960 Mack C Rescue Hose Co. No 1 North Tarrytown, N.Y. Volunteer F.D.
The thing is, I collect mainly modern era vehicles, and the diorama project I'm working on is set in modern Iraq, so these trucks, nice though they may seem, would certainly be out of place. In addition, I already have a 1:32 Mack fire pumper model kit awaiting my attention. I know I'm always on the look out for correct scale vehicles to fill out the background of my scenes, so I figured others here might do the same. The 1941 GMC would certainly do nicely in a WWII setting, and I think that the 1928 Studebaker could as well. Part of me thinks buying the GMC might be worth it for the ladder and huge old style fire exstinguishers (four shown on just the one side of the truck), let alone other pieces and parts or custom truck projects.
The trucks cost $19.95 each, with $5 S&H, or $59.80 plus $10 S&H if you buy all four. 30 days return period for full refund... Blah, blah, blah...
So I thought I'd let others know of this, and offer to send my little order form out to anyone interested. Feel free to let me know. I like the little trucks, but just can't justify buying them. But I'd sure love to see that '41 Jimmy in front of a hanger with a row of P-40's in front of it...
MV
P.S. I didn't put this in the BST forum since I'm not really selling anything myself. Feel free to move it if you think it would be better there.
