That's the same Panzer as featured by FoV. I saw it in Jean Reystans book. It was knocked out next to a Tiger.

Well a picture's worth a thousand words, but I'll try to do this one justice. It shows a Tiger I of the 505th Schwerer Panzer Abteilung. It's an early-production machine, parked in front of the Panzer IV. The panzer looks very beaten up and presumably killed. The picture also shows the elephant on the turret basket to advantage.
