Small Scale Military Headquarters

For those who own one of these excellent models, is there a problem with the 75mm cannon remaining in the "elevated" position?
I've noticed that the cannon is diecast, and the weight of the long gun drags it down to the lowest position from the slightest finger tap on the tank.

I have a couple Minichamps Panthers (first and second releases) - they both have this issue. One is a bit better than the other...it clicks as you elevate up or down...but the 2nd release is very tricky to keep erect...these things should come with Levitra
