Has anyone bought from Stewart Toys recently or ever?

I have bought in the past with good service and experience but right now I am having a problem.

I cannot locate my recent order and cannot connect with the company, either via email or phone, am getting neither return correspondence nor answer.

Anyone know what might be happening?
