I noticed that Monkey depot now has the Target exclusive 4-star military figures for sale. 21st must be getting close to cleaning out that warehouse!

RAZOR17019:

They're 1/32 in red packages on Page 2 of the Blammo Sale. They've been up 1-2 days.

The 2 big questions for me: Will we see the Target not-quite-exclusive P-51 & FW 190, and if we do, do we dare buy them sight unseen (they were quality control dogs!)...I guess we wait & see...

C44:

I've seen FOV's 1st and 2nd versions (both are apparently watered-down version of Preddy's "Cripes A' Mighty")of the P-51 at Target. They're toys strictly for kids. I'd save my money for a better P-51 model----try Monkey Depot's "Petie 2nd" or "Flying Undertaker". Their price have increased a little since I got my Petie 2nd, but it's still a bargain compared to the FOV/Target P-51.

Hopheads on the assembly line...?

dragon53...actually, I was talking about 21stCT's final issue of the p-51 (Double Nothin)' & a the Black 3 190...I found one of each that was in good shape, but I passed on a whole bunch of others because of grievous paint smudges & excess glue...I would have picked up a couple of them because they were great looking, but if MD sells them, I hope it's cheap cause buyers might have to Frankenstein parts from two or more to put together one that isn't a hideous QC disaster...
PS it's a shame what FOV did with their latest aircraft, but if it sells to kids & keeps FOV solvent, maybe we've all come out ahead...still, you gotta wonder where this all is going... :?

nice sale...

Thanks for the heads up, I had been searching for some more of the US artillery crews and these are a give away prices. I'm hoping my stuff is in-stock, then my guns will be properly served!

Yeah, as soon as they announced it, I snatched up five each of the 3-man sets...at that loose change price the cost is practically only for the shipping...but, ouch, that Fedex charge...
