I ordered several pieces today and got great prices, esp. on what I collect, mainly Dragon 1/72 tanks. Tons of tanks and planes left. This is their Blammo Sale, 2009.

They have some great prices on their 32x planes, especially their Zero's and Macchi's. The prices on the rest aren't bad either. I'd buy some more, but I already have what I need.

I ordered a couple of Zeros.
There was a lot of restraint on my part not to buy more...

I picked up 3 1:18 Mustangs since I get the sense that the 1:18 plane market may become more collectible. As well a few 1:32 planes I have not seen in stores here. I am REALLY out of room now in my house. Time to start building a bunker!

Harry, you can have plenty but can you ever have enough? I really went to town at the Monkey. Very full and very broke.

I went to their store today and they had no 32X armor left on the shelves but a few arty pieces and brumbar. I really wanted another one of those porsche king tigers :( . Picked up a couple planes though and a FOV pz IV and wirbelwind, not to mention a half dozen concord books. I hope this is just a once a year special sale and not a sign of them going out of business or something.

I ordered some 1:72 stuff but the shipping for the 1:32 stuff is too high and they don't combine the shipping for several 1:32 items either

More 1/32 Planes posted on MD!!!

I just purchased (4) 1/32 planes via FedEx Ground ($8.40).

I got my last order within a week.
Not too bad.

i dont think the shipping is that bad? other etailers are much higher and slower!

I just wished the deals on the 32x was as good as the XD stuff..
The good planes are $12.95 which is just $2 off Walmarts price and not much less than typical e-tail price of $19.95.

I'll agree with you about the pricing, but I was fortunate enough to order Tex Hill's P-40B & Withold Lanowski's P-47D before they dissapeared.

I went ahead and bought two more Hackl 109s for repaints. For the price I paid plus shipping, I got them for the same price as if I got them at Wallyworld, so I guess I can't complain too much.
