Keep an eye out at your local Targets for toys on extra clearance prices. I just picked up a 1/32 FOV NATO Bradley and NATO MLRS for $6.50 each and 1/32 82nd A.B. #93008 and #93604 figure sets for $2.48 each. Not too shabby. Good luck!!!!!!!

I looked at a few Targets in the Nashville area over the weekend...All the 21st stuff is gone to the sale rack. I picked up a few 32 scale items for $4.48 each. This was the first time I saw the Four Star Military new boxes...but now they are all gone

Target has the older FOV's on sale too. They are better than the newer ones IMO.
Went to all the Targets and all I saw was the 1:32 figure sets for $7 but I did manage to find another Elephant for $18.

everything here has hit the 75% off mark. 1/32 figure sets and 1/72 aircraft are $2 and change. haven't seen any armor yet but I've got to go to a different Target in the AM that a friend said had tons of "your little men" on clearance.
I don't collect anything outside of 1/18 scale so I have no idea if any of this stuff is worth picking up at 75% off or if there's anything I should keep an eye out for.
Any advice or requests?
Razor, Indy stuff is down too. figs are still only at 50% but the deluxe figs/vehicles/playset are all 75% off and seem to be going quick, no good vehicles or deluxe left at the store I hit last night.

Wow what a deal!
Great value even at full price $25. They got a lot of heft to them. When they're gone, bet we never see these again like that with all the die-cast parts on them.

Thanks for the heads up billgiff!
My catch:
-2 enthusiast OIF Bradleys for $6.48 each.
-1 1:72 Zero for $3.24.
-6 1:32 infantry sets for $2.48 each.
1 German 352nd Infantry Division, 2 Medic sets, and 3 POWs set.
I'm gonna miss these old infantry sets a lot, the diorama pieces were the best thing made that worked well with my 1:72 vehicles...

Checked my local Target all they had were IJ Mutt Williams @ 3.80
Very disappointing.
If the weather gets better this weekend, I am going to check a few more Targets in the area.

I just about cleaned out the College Grove Target. MLRS, Zero,F4U, 38T, 8" and a bunch of figure sets. Left a few 38t's, planes and figure sets. They had 2 of the new Bravo Team Blackhawk on sale but none of the others. Target in Chula Vista had a weathered M1a and a 4star playset with a Brit Sherman. Snaged them and left MLRS, 38t and a lone marder.

All Target here had was the 1/72 Corsair and P-51 for $3.24. Very little of the 1/32 showed up even at full price

You're doing it again aren't you? You know what. Just like you did back then:
The Last Time
And I fell for it again. Drove all over. Found no FOV on clearance. What a bummer...

actually.....no.
Imagine this 3 full aisles of 70% off all haphazardly stacked on shelves. You slowly scan down each aisle and your eye catches a box, its a S2 marder III for $4. you tuck it under your arm and..oh my...who needs that many artillery crew sets or Chinese infantry ...hmmm for $3??? You remind yourself what you are here for, but you are wise and peek back behind the carded army...ooh an action version Stuart for $6 you go down the next isle and spot the camo Sherman in a pule of Hulk Green hand/gloves, box is damaged but its all there for $6. You go down all the isles and they are a mess, Hannah Montana is mixed with Indiana Jones, German Forces of Valor Grenadiers are mixed in with playschool and my little pony. You see a FW190 and grab it for $3. But now you are out of clearance aisles, so you go back through..much slower looking behind large fisher price jungle tummy time play sets. Then you approach a massive orgy of Hanna Montana garden rakes and just past them? Hanna Montana boom boxes, you see that there is a row of Hanna scum on the front and you peek into he open darkness and you see them...2 elefants....6 bucks each, you go down slowly peeking under and bhind, and hen you think t to search for missplaed items in restock carts and other aisles, You find the old spot that held all your collectibles...hmm 1:32 scale bravo team tanks? A modern mobile howitzer and striker. Plus, now there is more room on the shelves for the 1:18 Bravo Team Tanks..... instead of the usual 3 shermans or bradly..there are 9 boxed big ones....Np Tiger Tanks here (yet) but your odds jus tripled with each visit cale
You check out thinking about the Super Target 3 miles down the road..... and the walmart next to it...and the target a mile from there....
So you hit the freeway out to the next target....
Oh Hell ....YOU FORGOT TO PEE

nuthing for 21st...I mean nada..although I saw a cool GI Joe pack, with a GI Tank, a Red HISS and a Jet Bubble thing with several figures..looked neat for 32$
I also most thought I found something a P-51D, but then I realized it 1;32 Bravo.
So I got some archer farms(Target brand) energy drinks which are great, and finally broke down and Medieval II Total War. since all the new WWII stuff for the PC sucks IMO..well everything but Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway..but I didn't build my PC for FPSers.
So now I got something new to play til EMPIRE: Total War comes out sometime this quarter..then it's time for Prussian Rule.

I can get one but last time I checked it was full price so I put it back.
but I need to go that route again tomorrow to get some wood/shelves for the hobbyroom at homedepot...so it wouldn't be a issue to check for you(different target than the one I went to today)..plus I'm thinking of seeing Definance tomorrow so that is another reason to be in the area.
also I know a bookseller that has the DML 1/35 Dragon armour Elefants on sale for 36.00..S1(Italy) and S2(Poland) if your interested in those

I went to a couple Targets yesterday and today. Picked up a Sturmgeschiitz III Ausf. G for $6.48. I also picked up two 82nd Airborne 93008 and a British 7th Armored Division for $2.48 a piece.... The figures from the tank alone were worth the $6.48. I'll now customize the tank because the Action grade paint job is weak.
It's definitely slim pickings, but I'll keep looking........

well I hit 4 more Walmart's between Dallas and Ft Worth. left around 3am and hit the Walmarts on the way out and made note of Target Stores on Google maps on or just off freeway that didn't show up on Google map search. Since I was searching for more than tanks and planes each WM took awhile. I had breakfast to kill time and hit all the targets on the way back. They were pretty remote. I saw the same clearance sales, the same Bravo Team replacement merch but nothing except the odd forces of valor box of soldiers here and there. I am still surprised i found the 3 elefants in my first 2 tries. 2 at first Target and 1 at second. But nothing, not other vehicles at all from then on out. The first target has s2 marders, like 8 of em for $9 by What used to be Richardson Square Mall. I was surprised that I saw now FoV US trucks, but even more none of the "placeholders" like the Abrams or MLRS action series. I did spot the desert camo Sherman 1:32 playset and occasionally the artillery fig sets both full and partial. But from what I see (though I am sure some target's have them) the clearance sale was pretty much picked through.

Hi Tambo, not to be a pain, but since I am like you looking for action series to repaint, what are you offering? I know I can find some since Dallas has so many Target stores. I ask because I would have to go off the beaten path a bit. And are the elefants all you are looking for right now? I don't mind looking for you. I am just full up on re-paints to do right now (but the idea of them going away forever motivates me to stock up)
