How much metal is required to be Diecast Metal?

I've always wondered if there is a certain percent metal that has to be in a model for the manufacturer to call it "diecast metal." I recently purchased the 1/72 Dragon Leopard A6, and it feels like it is mostly plastic. Does anyone know if there is a standard that must be met?

A "REAL" Diecast metal vehicle should have it's body primarily metal..
Dragon Tanks are NOT diecast.. Minichamps tanks ARE..
At the most, some Dragon tanks are maybe 50% metal because the hull on some are actually metal, but most are plastic with metal pieces, so they aren't really "diecast"...

I've heard some people make the argument that plastic was technically 'diecast'...but that doesn't fly with me.
Dragon Armor really isn't diecast. The only piece that could be considered true diecast out of that line would be the Jagdpanther, as the hull is completely metal.
The following lines are diecast:
Corgi Armor is.
Minichamps is.
Matchbox Collectibles is.
Forces of Valor MicroMilitary? We shall see.
