Polish Spitfire Mk. Vb

Post by Wieslaw » Thu Jun 26, 2008 2:55 pm

I said several times that my favorite company, 21st Century Toys, had to release the most beautiful Polish Spitfire: the Jan Zumbach's "Donald Duck" from 303 Sq. My "prophecy" is coming true now: http://www.21stcenturytoys.com/area21/a ... newsID=332

I understand that great companies donate at least one product to the "prophets". My address is:... (It was a joke).

Thanks, 21CT!

I like it, but since these things are so impossible to find once they are released (getting stuck in that distribution hole in themiddle of the country for months on end) its really nothing for me to get excited about. Now, if it shows up at the small retailers relatively soon, meaning that it is accessible, then I'll be a happy camper

My friend had a '67 Spitfire... I loved that thing. :D How could you hate it? Sexy car. I have to say that his was a POS though. We had to pretend we were wearing seatbelts... no buckles. We threw the belts over our laps. that's how bad it was... No paneling, no radio, the doors would open up sometimes, so you had to ride with your hand IN the door, grabbing a bar or something and holding on to it for your life. That was a death car. None of the guages worked, we had to just guess our speed. But man, it was quick and handled really, really well.
