Not that I know of. The only extras I think it comes with are some stickers to correct the "neutered" Chinese nationalist markings on the wings. Vexillarius (sp?) decals have some better waterslide versions available at Badcat and Good Stuff to Go if you do not want to use the ones provided.

As the plane replicates an earlier P-40B model (and a somewhat inaccurate one at that) it does not come with the extras like bombs and droptanks as I don't think the P-40B had provisions for those. As Fox Tare noted, it comes with the stickers for the Nationalist Chinese wing insignia. Essentially, the 32x P-40 is an exact scaled-down version of the 1:18 plane, including the same working features, oversized cockpit, and inacurate fuselage shape. That given, the RT Smith #47 P-40 is my favorite from the 32x P-40 series

(Also, last year during the Wal-Mart clearances, I saw 21st Century's 1/18 Pearl Harbor P-40---it's the least-detailed model I've ever seen. It reminded me of the Aurora models I saw in elementary school---a few seams and a few rivets---with lots of smooth skin. Even at $25, I thought it wasn't a good deal).

I am not Tman but the P-40 is my least favorite 1/32 AC I have. This is a really old model, think quality on par with the ME109E and original P51D. 21C just took the 1/18 release and down-scaled it to make the 1/32 bird. Detail is low, paint quality not as crisp but it does have working flaps. What I feel really detracts from the model is the fact that the canopy is very oversized. This was done to get it to fit over the cockpit and fuselage to slide on the rails. This makes it bulge out a good 3/16" on each size. At that scale it looks like it would protrude a good foot out on each side of the AC.

All that being said, it is the only 1/32 P40 on the market so it is worth getting at least one. Just don't expect it to take best in show.

The P-40 is nowhere near as bad as the P51 and 109E, but it does reflect the "second series" molds (P-47, Fw-190D9) that were not as good as todays releases, but much better than what we had seen.

It's not too bad. That cockpit canopy though is the deal killer. I have two P-40s in 1:32 and one in 1:18. It's not so bad in the larger, but in 1:32 it's obnoxious. I can deal with it. I actually put it higher than the P-47. My two P-47s aren't as great as my two P-40s.

I love the P-40 IRL, especially the "E" or later, but I avoid the horrible 21st 1:32 P-40B like the plague.

Their Aleutian Tigers P-40E is much better though it is 1:48.

Yes, pretty much all about the model has been spoken for already, but I agree with Hworth18 that it is not that bad. The first series ME-109E, P-51D and even the ME-262 are far worse in terms of sculpting and detail. This is from the second series of 32x planes. The canopy and cockpit are too large and the fuselage has that "pregnant" look (as does the 1:18 version) but its not like excessively fat wings and oversized rivets... The paint apps are just fine to me, though don't expect any weathering. Again, the Chinese nationalist insignia are stickers due to political reasons. The stickers are of good quality, though, and have held up on mine three years on. You can easily find aftermarket decals, however. If you want the plane, I'd say go for it

Usually your taste is impeccable, but this is the scale equivalent of seeing you in Hawaiian shirt, white shorts and black sox!

I figure to each their own, but this plane really needs to be redone. If the canopy wasn't so huge I would move the 'Hawk up in the like department but I just cannot overcome my bias. Hence its place of shame at the far rear of my hanging collection.

Having at least one of everything, I think the P-40 is my least favorite of the 32x.
Not only that, but it's the heaviest out of the bunch... probably from all of the screws that are needed to put it together.

But back to your question...
Drop tanks and bomb shackles weren't introduced until the P-40C.
