This one is a 1/32nd king tiger with a tan, browish scheme of sorts-- but with a miniscule comp name on bottom ...ray? Also with a flap for batteries on bottom and obviously heavier than standard 21st tiger. The fine detail is not up to par with a run of the mill 21st tiger. What kind of numbnut would go through this kind of effort? It also has a crew of 4 outfitted in black with broken arms and legs. Would ya pay 19.00 for this abortion or what? Oh, it was in a Defeat in the East, Kursk, set that had been returned

Yes, the old "switcheroo" rears it's ugly head once again.....

It sounds like the company name may be New Ray...for the most part their stuff that I have seen is pretty awful, very toyish, lacking detail etc. and definitely not in the same league as 21st. The only possible advantage of the New Ray stuff might be durability, they are likely pretty tough since many are designed for kids play.... you could give some of these to your child to keep him from trashing your more fragile "collector" toys.

On the other hand WM does make it easy to return "real" items too.

I have. It's really easy. All you need is a hang dog expression, an outraged air, the product and a receipt. Preferably the receipt for the product. You don't even need to have (or use) the first two. Sometimes you don't even need the receipt. Sometimes you do.

So true.
The best thing is when there is someone in front of you returning a whole cartload full of stuff. Clothes, food, all kinds of stuff. WTF?!?!

I admit to having returned car jacks after using them, and a friend used to return car battery rechargers.
That was back in our poor college student years.

WM's return policy is very lenient and sometimes it's good while other times not so good.

I don't know what makes this story more pathetic. The fact that someone took all the time to swap out tanks or that they purchased a NewRay KT in the first place.

Another sad thing is that you take something back to WM and you tell the clerk that someone switched the item in the package, you get your refund only to return the next day and find the package you told them about, BACK on the shelf...
