Bovington Museum Pics & Models

Post by Mr. Football » Tue Mar 01, 2005 12:51 am

I never realized that the Minichamps "R01" was patterned after the Panther G at the famed Bovington Tank Museum in England, here are some great new pics of this tank along with the only running Tiger I in the world...and other great tanks:

Cool photos, thanks Football! Hey, quick question for you, would you happen to know why Dragon isn't putting tow cables on the hulls of the new King Tigers? Their last Henschel versions with zim have no cables on the sides and it looks like the new Porsches don't have any either. I thought maybe you might have some research on those particular tanks and why Dragon would not put the cables, shovels, etc., on the sides. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
