Gluing parts on sherman

Post by kimtheredxd » Mon Feb 28, 2005 7:36 pm

What kind of glue do you guys use to glue the goodies that come with the 32x sherman?Since one part is painted metal the other plastic.I was thinking white glue maybe? and another thing is it just my sherman or do the tracks not fit the front drive boogie very well? Its like the drive wheel is too wide for the tracks. Thank you for any help Kim

I have used regular Krazy Glue or Super Glue on any variety of 32x (and XD) repairs and custom jobs. It works just fine bonding plastic to metal and holds like a dream! You only need a drop or less for a small piece, a couple drops for a large piece.

As far as the Sherman goes, it may just be your vehicle - the treads on mine work just fine, but I have the plastic version.
