It is a super looking aircraft! Definitely one of my favorite 32x aircraft, but sadly for me it is the only new tool P-51D that has shown up around here in the few months they have been out.

I agree its an awesome scheme - much better than the "Mrs. Bonnie." One was sent to me from a fellow boardmember and it is one of my most flawless 32x planes
I can't wiat for the "Double Nuthin" scheme, but 21c's track record for paintflaws on checkered schemes worries me... No new P-51s (or FW-190s for that matter) in my area as of yet. Plenty the repackaged Bf-109Fs however

Never seen one in the GNW. I wonder if they really exist or if everyone here is just gaslighting me.

I found one at a local TRU, and I do love the scheme. Mine has a few flaws but not to bad, and I have not seen another since.

The RAF P-51 is sharp looking. It is however, not selling in my area. The nearest TRU to me has had 6 on the shelf now for nearly 2 months. At 19.99, I thought they would be a better seller than they have shown.

Was this at WM?
If so, Which BF-109Fs?

Yes, it was at Wal Mart - all seven of them in my area. They were the "Yellow 4" version and the "Black 10" version.
In late 2006, my area was among the first to get the new Bf-109F/Gs, including the said two. While disappearing fast initially, the restocks sat around for quite a while. The newest planes I've seen were the "Red 9" FW-190F-8 and the "Mrs. Bonnie" P-51D, all of which have sold and were replaced by the Bf-109s. The '109s aren't moving as the collectors in my area (known and unknown) all had their fill last year and I think its delaying the new releases...
Not to worry, however, as I have the "Sharkmouth" P-51 and all the other FW-190s thanks to fellow boardmembers and online retailers

Yellow 4 was the first plane in my collection. It's what got me started collecting 21C AC.
Black 10... I don't have that one.

The Mrs. Bonnie are dominating the shelves out here as caesarbc will confirm.
Hopefully, my local WM will get the new 190 A-8s and Sharkmouth P-51s this week.

Yes the British sharkmouth P-51D is a great looking model.

Just stopped by Wal-Mart today...
They have a fresh supply of Mrs. Bonnie.

Sharkies are stagnating here as well at both WM and TRU. The Italian theater 190's are usually on the shelf right next to them with a few P-40's thrown in for good measure.

I haven't seen sharkmouths yet and never saw the Italian 190...
I would like to kick the WM VP of supply chain in the Jimmy. Not really, but saying it makes me feel better.

No kidding man. I need some natural aluminum goodness and not bonnie either. Maybe once WM gets rid of all the Speed Racer crap they have devoted most of an aisle to things will pick up. But that's just wishful thinking.
