I'm at Armorama fairly often and I didn't see this thread.... man, that looked like it was a lot of fun for you. I certainly enjoyed reading that last post of yours!
Kid had balls posting that when diecast tanks are becoming more and more popular. I've got two StuGs myself.

be sure to read his other posts.
click on his name to go to his profile and click other topics or threads started.
He also claims to have built a Tank I think its the one from 21st C Warhorse 2 pack and the SdKfz 222 that came with the hanomag....shessh.
Then the diorama he made with an FU corsair (NAVY too, and wrong scale)) crashing into the ground where a DAK 21c tank (that I freaking need) is dukeing it out with a late war shermie and german soldiers with pink tunics
oh my he is rich

Those "dioramas" he built... well, it looks like he put a lot of effort into them, but I can't say that I like them very much. Maybe this guy is a just a kid? Seems like it.

that's what I addressed in my last post. But at the same time to have him argue with me and lie right back at me about the stug is ridiculous. He seems like a kid, but I have been amazed at how some adults can act.

oh, and how many kids tell a room full of guys he is trying to impress to "lay off"?

But I think Milo is right. He's probably a kid...

wanker.
The FOV stuG isn't even that good, well the 1st Edition one(which I own and was my first FOV tank) The best thing IMO is the fact they gave it a working suspension somewhat.

Whoops!
He brought down the wrath of management at kit network. He is pushing his luck.
He still insists he built it though. And then sics some nut from his list of pals on me (just me though, I am a rivet counter! WTF?)
I wanted to respond to him (the second guy) about his modeling prowess by saying "shouldn't you be busy filling the every increasing demands for accurate 1/1 scale BOARDS out there?" look at his profile and then gallery, you have to be registered at the photo gallery site, which is cool because it work like photobucket kinda.
But all in all I was worried if he was a kid, but just like any kid, he doesn't know when to shut up like someone is keeping score and he makes comments akin to us hiding behind our keyboards and things would be different face to face. Well I have no pity for him as he obviously gives this tactic a lot of thought and practice himself. Adding to his online anonymity he has the safety of a barrier of half the pacific ocean to protect him in Hawaii. If that IS your real home buddy.
He is a real piece of work, unlike his tanks which are not.

If you don't think I am being somewhat vigilant for odd people around my home, you would be wrong. Too many wacko's online and just by observing what he was doing let's me know this IS one of those wackos. what kind remains to be seen, or not hopefully.
Truth be told (which is hard to come by in that thread) I am sure he doesn't live in Hawaii either.
One guy in the thread did that IP check on him and the "mystery supporter" whose gallery of works includes a um... photo journal of him making a....ah.... a board.
He said the second guy was across the country from the plagiarizer, I just wish he said where the IP led to.
Anyone know how to do that?
