Corgi has caught me
Well, I bought a 32x Hurricane from Corgi for my classroom airforce because I thought 21st would never come out with one. The price was steep in my opinion (50 bucks), but I really like RAF aircraft. I have to say that I am taken. I think if Corgi had the variety of airframes available in 32nd that it does in 72nd, I would drop 18th scale all together.

Yes, Corgi is indeed in a class of its own. I don't own any of the 1/32 scale planes, but have seen and handled them in person. They put even the nicest 21c model to shame... I do, however, have a number of the 1/72 scale fighters and bombers, some of which I bought when I was in England because they weren't in the US. I've got nothing but praise

Glad to hear you like them.. I have all of (or have had) all the available Corgi 1/32 on the market and they are the best.. I now only have 6 but those include Spitfires. P-51Ds, Bf-109Gs, & Hurricanes..
Here is a great website for Corgi buffs which shows all the 1/32 releases to date..

Theflyingmule.com usually carries a healthy stock of these and sometimes you can get a good price off ebay..Jagdpanther wrote:Where is a good place to buy these aircraft?

Me thinks the Dark side is really XD because The stronger you tighten your grip, the more members slip thru your fingers....

The only thing that isn't there for me is selection. The cost is about the same, and the detail is on par. Plus, you have more room to buy more of it. Though, I am firmly entrenched in XD with the size of my personal airforce.
But, if Corgi were to turn out enough airframes, I might convert wholeheartedly.

I don't know how much the plane is by itself, but the plane in its box is about 12lbs..Sabrefan wrote:Any of you guys have an idea of how much the Corgi Mosquito weighs? I have heard it it heavy, and I want to put in on a shelf. Just wondering if the shelf can hold the weight?
