Quick update while I send the pics to Zach:

Saw the new p-47s in 1/144, some new paint schemes for 190s, and for the artillery. Saw what I think were 2 new 1/32 playsets, one with tank and one with artillery (don't worry, got pics).

Also saw 1/32 RC tanks! An abrams was one of them. The detail on the tanks is not like on the static ones, but nice for an rc toy.

They also had a new 1/32 scale plane, and a different version of the Tony than the one pictured in the thread on here. The one I saw was the green scheme from Area 21.

I put it in it's own thread because so many people have been clamoring for it.

I posted this on the 1:18 side so no point in not putting it here. Don't want to post a lot of the pics because I feel like I owe them to Zach but here is a little forbidden fruit:

Digger,

Did they have any 1/144 stuff there? How about the halftracks and trucks?

One problem is I cannot keep up with the 32x paint schemes so I didn't know which AC was new and which was not. I shot EVERYTHING [twice] so hopefully today Area 21 will get you the pics you are looking for.

Ski, as for the 1/144 it was in full force but I didn't see painted up halftracks or trucks. I did see the P-47s painted (which I think are on A21) and they are really well done.

I have a pic of some 1/144 armor that I can upload later that is probably too lousy for A21 - it may actually have new schemes but I just didn't realize it.

Looks like FOV might be putting out a 88 in 1/32 scale? comes with a 5 man crew. Plus there is a 105 mm howitzer is also shown.Or are these a reissue? looks nice either way :D

Yeah. Looks like the Unimax booth is the most disappointing out of all of them. All they're doing is displaying all of their existing products still available for sale - none of their upcoming releases at all.

Yes, already released, but you should pick them up. They are very nice pieces. The FOV 88mm gun really blows the 21c 32x version out of the water. The cranks on the FOV gun actually work to traverse, raise and lower the barrel. (I don't think even the 1:18 21c gun will do that!) The barrel also has the recoil feature. Then there is the full gun crew, detachable wheels, and all the accessories. A very, very nice piece :D

Thanks as i look more and more at the fov items i am buying them more and more as i like the diecast weight to them and the extra details. The extra cost is worth it. I almost picked up the brown and OD green sherman yesterday at TRU.probably will next time if its still there.
