I see that BBI will make a great looking 32nd scale SBD Dauntless model. Does anyone know when this model will be out?

Good question, Mike hasn't been here in awhile, I sure wish he would give us a clue when the BBI Dauntless will be ready to buy.

The picture I have seen of the new BBI 32nd scale Dauntless shows it with a pilot and a gunner figures.
Dauntless-less...

re: BBI pilot and a gunner...I was actually groaning about the HobbyMaster price & empty cockpit...I'm sure the BBI will be less than 1/2 the cost of the HB, certainly more bang for the buck...but somebody, please, show me some actual product on your shelves (we won't even whisper about the AT 1/18 Dauntless)...

Hopefully it will be less than half! I don't think I can bring myself to pop fifty for a 1/32 Dauntless...

Yeah but HM's is diecast metal. Not so out of line when compared to GMP planes that are actually a little smaller at 1/35. I'm down for one, HM stuff has some nice detail.
