My Collection

Post by AlloySkull » Tue Jan 15, 2008 6:54 pm

This is my small collection of 32x and some XD. A few things aren't in these two rooms as they are being used for something.

Sweet collection you have there, AlloySkull. See you've got the new Kursk Panther on display - looks great, but the tracks look like they've been rusting at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds for the last sixty years! Are they really that red?

... and you'd better not turn your back to me, because I might sneak off with that Marder III ;)

Yes, they ARE that red. It's odd. But I love it anyway, even though it's my red-tracked step-child. :D

That 32x wallpaper was no easy task. It consisted of laser-leveling and lots of measuring. Snelled fishing hooks hold the planes by their tail gear onto these wierd hooked thumb tacks. Cool thing is I can change 'em out easy, just lift the plane off of the hook and voila, switch it out.

Great collection there alloySkull! Thank you for the photographic evidence. But what are they, the missing ones, doing, and what are they, in that "other room"?

Cool alloy. I like the posters in the background of the second picture :D

Ltcbj, the other ones are my Pak-40 Hanomag and about ten figures. They're being used for diorama work... <.< unless you meant why the 1:18 stuff is in my bedroom. That would be because I don't have room for them in the spare room/computer room.

You mean the girls Pickle? 'Cause I've got girls everywhere... a lot of Liz Vicious... don't look her up unless you're okay with seeing lady parts. I had to censor one of my pics because of her. Barely noticeable though. 8)

Nice collection. However, we will require a closeup of the chicks on the the wall.

There were chicks on the wall?

You know you're a diecast addict when you see the little toy tanks & planes in a picture, but not the boobies.

The "boobies" are two-dimensional and very small compared to the tanks and planes. Its also hard to think of 2-D sex when facing a Panther tank....

EXACTLY! They're not in the forgeground and therefore not the focus!
