I'm wondering if anyone has taken apart or has a junked 109E in their colleciton. I'm curious as to what the gunsight piece looks like. It was installed upside down in my 109, and when I tried to flip it around, it seemed stuck due to some jutting plastic part I can't quite see. As a result, my instrument panel is now separated from the rest of the cockpit. Not a big problem, but if I could make it flush that would be ideal. I'm even willing to take the gunsight out and reinstall it if I could wiggle that little piece out of there. And yes, I've tried going in through the cockpit and by removing the engine cover. It's just really inaccesible. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
