Century Wings Downsizes
Like most successful diecast model makers, Century Wings is looking to broaden its product portfolio in an effort to increase sales and reach more customers. While some companies do this by testing new categories or markets, its appears as if Century Wings is going a different route by offering smaller, 1:144 scale aircraft alongside their hyper-realistic 1:72 scale fliers. While information is sketchy, it seems that the manufacturer will enter the fray with the venerable F-14 and likely include some sort of diorama setting for value added appeal. More information concerning their new venture can be found <A href="http://www.century.co.jp/wings/news.htm ... e...[posted 12/18/2007]
