MRC Easy Model

Post by der Vogelfänger » Tue Nov 20, 2007 4:06 pm

I had purchased an MRC 1/72 Easy Model-it had a problem Q/C-wise...the place I purchased from had the same problem with the same item on their shelf.

I contacted MRC in Edison, NJ....very nice people....send the item to them, and they promptly sent me a (perfect) replacement-free, of coarse.

Think I will do business with MRC for their Easy Models?!....YOU BET I will!!

Yeah Easy Model/MRC are great. All of my aircraft have been pristine except for the stuff I knock off with my shaky fingers.

I don't have any of their armor but I have noticed QC some problems with the models I've checked out at the hobby shop. Some crooked glued-on wheels on an Elephant and over spray onto wheels on others.

I love my easy models. the only problem I have had is with some tracks which were too tight, but it wasn't really that noticeable so I let it slide.
