Germantown Maryland Target had a nice selection of FOV WWII 1/72nd armor, aircraft, and figures, as well as some modern 1/32nd vehicles. I picked up a 1/72 King Tiger, Tiger I, and U.S. 7th Inf. squad. While the FOV tanks are not quite as nice as the Dragon 1/72nd line, I got all 3 items for under $20 including tax, which is not a not a bad deal, not bad at all.

The Halloway Corsair and Bulkan Stukas are now showing up here, replacing the Libyan Stukas and SA P-40s.. Also the newest repaints of the King Tiger, Panzer III and IV

TRU
Hey guys, saw this

Also saw the Amphibian vehicle for $10 bucks. That's FOV at 21C prices. Not bad.

The tank pictured on the TRU site is the S1 FOV T-34, which is in 1:32 scale. This is one of my favorite tanks of the line, and it comes with alot of accessories, a figure, and has opening hatches, plus an opening engine. The T-34 is currently only avaliable in the "Enthusiast" grade, which makes the listed price VERY decent

Picked up the FOV 1:72 Tiger and Tiger II at Target today. Nice looking tanks, even though I believe the Tiger II is missing the outer running wheels......

Found these in Michigan tonight. The tan truck comes with the top for the rear, while the gray halftrack does not. Just the reverse of the first round, so now we can mix and match I guess.KWR190 wrote:Found two new 1/32 model kits first is a grey SDKFZ. 4 Halftrack and the other one is a Tan 3 ton truck and yes they look like the pic on the box. I haven't seen those either!! Maybe 2 new repaints???B-24Sharky wrote:Went looking for the Tex Hill P-40. Didn't find it, but did see a Zero and a Me 109 that I hadn"t seen before. The Zero had V103 on the tail and the 109 was an Eastern Front Yellow 6 with a devil head on the front and overkilled weathering in my opinion.

Sorry in advance if this doesn't help...
I'm not much of a Ground Pounder, though I am considering starting on 1:32 modern armor (mainly for the upcoming Howitzers) and so I am not at all up to speed on the many different models here...
But I've been seeing quite a bit about folks wanting to know about the King Tiger, and when it is coming around. Well, I saw several 1:32 King Tigers today from the 21st Cold Steel line at one of my WalMarts. I was kinda confused because the way 21st has it strapped into the box with bands makes it look like one of the skirts has been omitted or busted...but all of them that I looked at were that way. Hope that helps!
