And the Horch w/ 2cm FlaK 38 which is actually two pieces. you can tow the 2cm or do a ad-hoc mount, plus the 2cm Flak seperates from it's trailer. very nice

If HM has the insight for another win in the 1/72 market like their Puma was...they could/would make the FlaKpanzer 38(t), they have the base chassis from the Marder III(r), and now the base 2cm FlaK 38 from the Horch, and I am sure they could design the rest from any of the 1/72 or 1/35 kits on the market.

a Normandy(Most of the Pz Divisions had them in their To&E), plus a few were in Russia(but most were used in the West)

IXO has one, which is ok, esp if repainted, out of the blister it's done up for 1.SS Panzer, Dec.44

I am hoping for the following from HM,

for them to make a 1/72 Fw 190A-8/R-2(A-8 w/ the outer 2cm Cannon replaced with 3cm Cannon) and Fw 190F-8(9./SG4 Normandy June 1944)

and to kick Panzerstahl's teeth in, with a excellent Pz IV H and J, and then FlaKpanzer IV Mobilewagen w/ 3.7cm FlaK 36(production Mobiles used the 3.7cm and not the FlaKvierling 38 as done with 21st century's 32x version)

Also to go with the Jeeps, a Bren Carrier(which doesn't exist in 1/72 other than all-resin offerings) would be a great to see as the 234s and Amtracs were.

Ohhh, don't tempt me! That F111 is sweet! I just got into this hobby and its killing me to catch up to you guys. I don't need to get into jets too. The one thing that has saved me with modern planes is I'm mostly attracted to ones I've worked on. AV8, F15(C, D, and E), F18 (A, B, C, D, E, F, and G), T45, C17, C130, P3, S3, E2C, and now F16 and A10. Those alone would be enough to make a hobby.

The century series though...

Looks like the pennet on the Opels is now solid, unlike with the earlier releases..so painting it is going to be a breeze. I clipped the one on my S1(Luftwaffe Opel Truck cargo)

I don't know which I want now for my next M10, the Anzio or 3rd Inf(British/Sword Beach)...both look very good.

found out via email sent my account..the girl ordered me a 234/3 from HK, along with some of her 1.43 scale cars

So it should be here in 6 days or so..along with a few DTM(German Roadcourse small motor racing) of hers I want to see. This is what you deal with when you meet someone at a trackevent, and find out she's in said event in a 350hp M3.

Photos of the newest Jeep, the 8th Air Force vehicle are up at Hobby Master Collector..Looks good. Might be worth the price they ask for a jeep. Esp if they keep the details like the radio mast and all.

Since they are selling jeeps at 20ea, I wonder if we see Schwimmwagen or Kettenkrads in the future, or Tilly 1/4 ton truck(British)

Speaking of small..250 halftracks would be interesting.

OT, anyone notice how large the 234 armoured car is, when compared to the US M8/M20 cars. you can really see the progression of 8 wheeled LAV from the 231-234 to the modern stuff like Pirannaha and Stryker.

not to poke holes at HM, but german armour in poland, 1939, wasn't dark grey, it was dark grey and dark brown. In fact the order to repaint german vehicles dark grey only didn't come down until after the polish campaign and wasn't completely carried out in all units until after barbarossa, in '41.

HM doesn't finish their german armour well.

I am ordering stuff to fix the 234/2 and 234/3

If you can get some color plates of a Polish Camp. Pz II C I'll forward them to Dave @ HMC, who will send them on to HK, and maybe they can fix the problems.
