These reviews are probably a little out of date, but I agree with their conclusions.Volksdeutsch wrote:does anyone have a review on these?

Wish I could say the same. I placed my order for three tanks (an AMX, Chieftain, & T-55) on Nov. 8th, and still have not received them... I sent them an email today, so we''ll see how they respond. I noticed the Paypal payment I made went to a company in the UK, and I have 45 days to file a dispute if I don't receive my goods. It's going on 30 days now since my order was placed with no sign of the tanks yet, so something is going to have happen very soon, either my tanks will arrive or they send me a very convincing reply with an order staus update, or I will have little choice but to file a Paypal dispute.... To me, their whole process, ie. site navigation, messaging & ordering, etc. seems kind of odd and a bit tedious, so these tanks (assuming that I get any at all) had better be really nice, or this will likely be my last transaction with DeAgostini.I didn't have any real problems with my orders so far, and am very pleased with the tanks and the packaging
I did receive my 2nd set of tanks that I ordered, but 2 were damaged in the shipping. I've tried e-mailing them and I get nothing but "bounce back" e-mails.ostketten wrote: Wish I could say the same. I found that you can't reply directly to the emails they send, I had the same problem as you, they were rejected as "undeliverable" or some such, which seems very odd to me. You have to go to the DeAgostini site and submit a multi page "inquiry" which to me seems slightly retarded... Just curious but did your items ship from here in the US or did they come from across the pond..?? I'm giving them 48 hrs to give me a satisfactory response, and if I don't get one I'll file a claim with Paypal.I did receive my 2nd set of tanks that I ordered, but 2 were damaged in the shipping. Can't say I'm very confident in them.
