You know that might be the best looking 32nd scale WW2 plane I have seen yet. You found this at Walmart or TRU?

Holy Butcher Bird! I am in love!

Thanks for the pictures T-man. It is great you always think of us first when you get first dibs on something. I am not sure how 21C can raise the bar on 1/32. They even managed the thin red line on the prop spinner! If you say this is better quality than the P-51B/C I take that as gospel, and those Mustangs are top quality.

I have got to get my hands on one of these.

So many cool releases all at once! I can't wait! I will probably have to wait until next month though. :(

There were three out on the shelf, and all were the same. The instruction sheet shows a finished plane in a different scheme, so there's obviously more than one in the works. I'm sure repaints will be out shortly

Wow! God I hope they make the Fw-190 with the jagged black lines leading from the edged of the cowling under the cockpit! This scheme rocks! The detail is amazing. Wally World?

well I caved and picked up a clean example on Ebay.

More than WM's 15$...but still close to what I would have gave with a finder's fee and shipping.

Tempted to pick up the 109G yellow 1 locally(I picked up Hackl's 109 a while back, but never unboxed it), and maybe the Luftwaffe Macchi 205...I missed that one a couple times when it was here locally..now i kind of regret it.

Thanks! It was the usual Wal Mart price, $14.96, and worth every penny.

Panzer M, too bad you had to resort to ebay as the store where I found the 190s just restocked the rest of them! They've now got 4 "Red 9" FW-190s and 1 "Berlin Express" P-51B.

The 4 or 5 that I inspected the other night @ the Independence , Ky. WAL* MART , had some QC issues like , paint splatters , glue , fingerprints , etc...

* Except for the one I picked out for myself , was a good example though. * 8) = :D

* Edit :
------------> Even the one I ended up w/ was missing one of the "bomb racks". It comes w/ an accessory packet + a parts tree , so you need to check this out first. *

I received my "Red 9" Fw-190 today from Tmanthegreat (thankyou!) and I have to say that this is my new "most favorite" 32x plane.. If 21st gets these any better, I will probably stop building models altogether..

BTW, did you guys notice the posable rudder?? and the flaps also drop!!!

I"m curious, is the stepladder also a separate piece from that sprue? It would be nice if you could remove if for an in-flight display, unlike the D model.

The flaps drop? It looked like they could on my model, but I've been afraid to try. Learn something new every day, I guess

Yep, just get a fingernail under the small tab along the edge and pull down.. They are kinda tight, but will come down..
