Pictures from your Yahoo email or from your Yahoo Pictures section?

If from your email, you have to move them from there and save them in one of the free picture hosting websites like Photobucket. Then you can post the picture to the forum.

If from your Yahoo Picture section, right click on the picture and go to "Properties". Copy the link listed under "Location" and then post the picture to the forum.

That link goes to your email, but not a picture. Where do you have the pictures saved? You can't post a picture from your email, you have to move it some where else first and then you can post it.

They are in my photo file. I received the e-mail this morning, looked at them, and then they were in that photo file folder.

Sounds like they're still part of your Yahoo email. Go to the Yahoo home page and click on "Photos" on the left side. You can upload your saved pictures there and then post them to the forum.

It's completely seperate from your Yahoo email but it's free as long as you have a Yahoo account. You can make up a folder for your pictures.

Hi Cruizin,
We use the following method to post images in a forum. In your posting, type [<img src="image" align="left">]. In place of the word image, type the URL location of the photo. To determine its location, right click on the photo and click on Properties. Next copy and paste the entire line of text that appears next to the Address line. It will usually start "http" and should usually end with ".jpg". The align left command will then allow you to write text beneath the image so it doesnt look strange to the reader.

Finally, make sure to leave off the brackets I added around the command line. I did this so you can read the html command prompt.

Hope that helps.

Hey C2000, don't feel bad, I can't figure out how to post pictures either. I was even walked through the process by digger and a few others but I still couldn't figure it out. On the verge of throwing my computer against the wall, I gave up! I now send them to people, who post the pictures for me. GOOD LUCK!!!

Hehe. Now try building an entire e-commerce web site from scratch, complete with daily updates! :D Seriously, its not that difficult. Once you have them uploaded to a photo library, its easy to post pix. You might want to google the html commands on how to post images. Perhaps they can explain it a bit simpler than the rest of us.

Try this site for further information:
