repositioning the corsair antenna

Post by nooker21 » Sat Feb 24, 2007 2:20 pm

I really like the 1:32 corsair, but one minor detail that bugs me is how far back the antenna behind the cockpit is. Has anyone drilled out a new hole for this, and is there any safe technique to do this without ruining the plane? I'm afraid to experiment since it was so hard for me to acquire a Big Hog paint scheme, and it doesn't seem to difficult, but modelling skills aren't that great...

Thanks,

Michael

I had the same question, and im not sure if you wanted to do this, but what I did, was just took off the antenna, and filled the whole with puddy, and then just drilled a very small hole, and just did that, nothing was damaged, and It looks great!!!
