They are in a small bag underneath the black plastic carton holding the plane(contains the landing gear, landing gear doors, canopy pieces, 2 small bombs, 2 fuel tanks). So don't throw the box out right away! Open canopy is split into 2 pieces, closed canopy is 1. They can't really slide, its swappable. The alignment is off on mine but it can hold, so I'm not dissastisfied. The amount of detail they crammed into this is amazing, and the paint job is well done. These sell out fast. When I was at the chesapeake walmart last week, the first day I saw them, they had plenty. 3 days later I came back and all of them were gone. I am not sure of the exact case ratios but I do think there are more Mustangs than BF-109G's.Teamski wrote:Neat pics! Why do I feel that the S2 Corsair is another F4U-4B scheme??
Oh, and 1:48 scale P-51B's have been sighted here. ALL are missing the sliding canopy, so I'm thinking that they are missing or are in a bag under the base. Sharp as hell looking, though. I'd love to see it in 1:18....

Just checked these again while hunting for a Mig. The S1 Stuka has the sirens on the landing gear, the S3 (which I have) has them capped. The ordinance on the S2 Corsair is painted: the rockets are gray, the droptanks are blue and the bombs green with yellow stripes. The ordinance on the S1 Corsair (which I also have) is all white. Its pretty cool to see the little modifications made for the same aircraft in the same production runnooker21 wrote:Did you happen to notice if the S1 Stuka had the sirens on the landing gear like the bigger version? I'm curious if the different paint schemes will have the caps on them, like the S3 you have pictured there.
You are exactly right! I bought them last night and opened them to find the same old paint scheme. I took them back today and received a refund. And as you said, they had a little sticker on the side that said (and in small print by the way) colors may vary. A very dirty handed trick to us collectors. Bring out a new box with a new and very cool paint scheme and then open it to find it is the old one repackaged. Come on 21st, show a little respect to your faithful customers here.blurx7 wrote:Found the 144 aircraft tonight, but something else, too. New 1/32 scale kits ( at least I had not seen them) One pictured the new desert paint scheme 88. The other pictured a new version of the M24 Chaffee, with some kind of animal face on the front. But beware. Upon opening, the box contained the same two-toned Pacific paint job as before. My guess is that the 88 could well contain the same gray one as before. I notice now that the box does sport a label on one end stating " color and styles may vary", but it just seems to meto be a little unprofessional and dishonest on the part of 21st Century.
Hmm.. interesting. I suppose the only way to tell would be to open the box. A few weeks ago someone posted a pic of the desert scheme 88mm gun kit, so it would appear that at least some of these new kits have that new desert scheme inside. The pic here.....New 1/32 scale kits ( at least I had not seen them) One pictured the new desert paint scheme 88. ...... My guess is that the 88 could well contain the same gray one as before.
The Euro RC Panzer has been out for quite some time. I found them in my area in California in early March of this year; they came with an assortment of that included the NATO cammo RC M-113. See here: viewtopic.php?t=3881&start=0 It is the same paintscheme as on the European Exclusive Panzer IV, just that the side skirts & racks are not included. 21c also reworked the drive sprockets so the tank turns better and there is less gear skipping than on the previous two RC Panzer releases. The non-RC Euro Panzer may have been an exclusive to that part of the world, but that doesn't mean 21c can't reuse the schemecatman wrote:ok at WM i saw a 1:32 Panzer III AUSF.L, it was pretty nice, I picked it up. On the back of the box there is an m7 priest, new brumbarr with sideskirts, piv ausf.h, and new kt
also, there was the rc panzer but it had the euro exlcusive paint scheme, numbers, decals, and all. when did this happen?
there were also grey macchis 1:32, p-40 1:32, stuka, bf-109 and fockewulfe
can someone explain on the euro rc panzer?
