Went looking for a 1:32 Jagdpanther.

Post by ben121995 » Sun Sep 13, 2015 10:44 am

As the title suggests I have finally decided to make another 1:32 purchase. I decided on the Jagdpanther because it would supplement my heavy panzer jager collection. I already have two 1:32 Jagdtigers and a Tiger II H so I figured the Jagdpanther was the next natural step. But man ebay was sparse, there was two on there and both were listed at 200+ US dollars. It seems that unimax forces of valor has been pretty slow on releasing new matierial. I remember when War Toyz.com used to be chock full of 1:32. So instead of selling my kidneys on the black market to afford that purchase I settled with a 1:18 JSI Tiger I and an eaglemoss 1:1100 Kongo battleship instead. Has anybody heard any news regarding unimax an possible upcoming releases?

Ben,

Unimax is done. It was sold to The flying mule and they transferred staff. So I doubt we will see anymore but I don't know for sure.

Damn I really liked Unimax stuff. Good thing I bought my 1:32 when I did.

The Unimax Jagdpanther is the best version of that tank in 1:32 scale. Earlier versions have excellent weathering and lots of detail. Love the partial interior with the gun breach and seats detailed! Good luck in your searches.
