This one is made by Estes and ~24" in length so I don't know exactly what scale it is (may be 1/25 ? The figure is 1/30). Any way I'm going to build the base for it too.
My V2 rocket
Re: My V2 rocket
Nice model work. I like the "Being captured" scenario you have portrayed. I have the Pegusus 1/48 version with the launch platform. I did an awful job painting it in the test scheme...I will have to try the camo pattern instead..
My brother built the smaller Estes V-2 when I was a kid. It was mostly card stock and balsa back then...

That's really cool, I passed up the Estes V2 version a few years back and wished I had picked it up. I have built 3 of the Pegasus versions and they make a really nice 1/32 version for the money.

Thanks. I did not know Pegasus makes the V2 in 1/32. I only see the 1/48 ones.hworth18 wrote:That's really cool, I passed up the Estes V2 version a few years back and wished I had picked it up. I have built 3 of the Pegasus versions and they make a really nice 1/32 version for the money.

Isn't it Bronco that makes it in 1/32?
