1/72 Sprengboot Tornado

an interesting model kit of a german secret weapon.....it's an attack boat with an aviation theme. The Tornado used ju-52 floats and a V-1 engine. Once piloted to within a few hundred meters of its target, the crewman jumped over the side and the boat was piloted remotely from another craft. Was to carry about a ton of explosives and the idea is it would ram enemy shipping. Virtually no information on the craft survived the war, so the design details are speculative.
