Thanks for sharing that cheesecake.

A 1:72 Brewster Buffalo. I hope it's better detailed than the recent Oxford release, I'll buy that for sure if it is.

Especially interested in the rumored and now confirmed 1:72 P-61 Black Widow! 8)

They are branching out to some other cool aircraft too.

A 1/72 scale P-61 Black Widow. 8)

Sold, as long as it is decent.

Think a couple of manufacturers missed the boat by not doing the Black Widow, and now that Easy Model seems to be doing it, that window will close.

I see some I wouldn't mind getting. I wonder when the P-61 and a few of the other new ones will be available? Does anyone know a good source for Easy Models? I've gotten most of mine from HobbyLinc and a local hobbyshop here on Oahu that's closing. I bought a bunch from Hobby Lobby on leave they had them on sale for $8.

The EasyModel P-61 is shown on the boxes of their new 1:48 scale planes. It has to be coming out sooner than later... Based on most other EM models, it should have good paint apps, but will likely have gear fixed in the extended positon and little interior detailing. It will also be plastic.

Were Hobby Master to take on the P-61, it would almost certainly have the landing gear pieces, some interior, crew figures, and be diecast 8)

That said, I'll still get the EasyModel P-61 when available since it's probably going to be the only 1:72 version of that aircraft type for a while

The P-61 is a highly requested model by die cast fans on "what would you like to see made" threads.

I guess the reason it's not done is the choice of liveries?, but I think it's close to as many as the Hobby Master A-26.
There were OD P-61's. Easy Model is known to make a few versions of it's airplanes so we might see an olive drab one later.

DAUNTLESS:

Based on my quick glance at the catalog, there are two olive drab P-61s on the upper column---one appears to have D-Day stripes.

Easy Model includes the P-61 "Lady in the Dark" which I've read about before because of its interesting history.

That's cool Dragon53. 8) Hope they do a nice job.

I just noticed a Ta-152.

Looks like they have added more pages with helicopters, ships and tanks

Looking around I've seen discussions from 2011 about the P-61 from Easy Model. The only thing I've seen is 2 Stukas on the MRC website that will be a new release.

Was in a Hobby Lobby today for the first time in a while. Noticed they have discontinued carrying the 1/72 MRC Easy Model line completely. What they had left was on a clearance table for $8.99.
