"New" 32x model kits in "ColdSteel"
Have you seen these "new" model kits out yet ? There all "ColdSteel" versions. What I saw that first appeared on the scene here was the "Sherman w/75mm.gun" and the Panzer IV-H a couple a months ago. Then just recently I seen the "Mobelwagen" and "Wirbelwind". I found the "Sherman w/75mm.gun" at a Wal-mart here reduced down to a whopping $2.oo !! That's about it. What other versions have you seen ?
Feel the urge to build a new kit 1 hr. after finishing last
Just saw an M-113 kit at WM, I'm still looking for the German AA...I like the idea of these kits, but oddly (at least where I am), they sell for the same price as the completed vehicles...WM should pass on to the consumer the $0.13 per hour savings they get for bypassing the Chinese labor...

I like the idea about these "new" kits too,and I agree they should be a little cheaper... Oh well. Now that 21st.,has made their assault on Wal-mart, I don't think I'll get anything "on-line" again unless it's something really hard to find. "Lets face it, you can't beat their prices". Especially during their reduction sales.

I just have to add something else here:.......Last night I put together that "Mobelwagen IV., and I must say that, that was a s.o.b. to put together. I managed though w/o really breaking anything but I did have to use a little glue and replaced both screws. They strip very easily. I would suggest the pre-assembled one........and while putting together this thing, I noticed something different about it that I did'nt notice about the pre-assembled version before, there is a 3rd.,look to it other than what you see on the box or what you see in the instructions. You can place the armored plating in such a way that you can give it a 2-sided "funnel shaped box. This is the way it's supposed to look I think. "It's bad". Instead of that "boxy-look" that's featured on the "pic" on the box itself............Anyhow, I could use a couple more of those "L" versions. I found a pre-assembled version at W-M recently marked down to 11.00 "bucks".

Saw those a while back and they're now gone from the store that had them - but not before I picked up a Wirblewind AA gun. I like it, but had nearly glued the top armor piece to the bottom section of the turret before I realized that it should be left unglued so that the sitting figure could be placed inside easily.
