1/32 IL-2M Sturmovik

Post by [CAT]CplSlade » Sat Aug 20, 2011 2:31 pm

Got mine today from those damned Chinese.

Image

Brass flaps & seatbelts, rubber tires and ammo belts, metal landing gear. Looks awesome; as good or better than Trumpeter.

This is the recent 2-seater version.

Can't wait to see the finished product. 8)

Sturmovik still hasn't been done in 1/72. Other than IXO.

This is the second run, with landing gear instead of skis right?

Looks like wheels on the trees there. A two seater looks like more of what I would want.

I got it on ebay for $70 shipped from China. Retail is supposed to be about $120.

On a related note I've noticed some international sellers have the 1/32 He-111 in stock, so we should see it start turning up locally soon. Price looks to be around $80.
