Contes gone wild! New SS and GI's and Airborne?

Post by jrs » Tue Sep 20, 2005 12:56 pm

Well I know he makes promises that take a lot of time to develope, but it looks like Conte is going back to WW2, Two to three sets of GI's Two new German sets, as well US airborne and a play set, check em out!

I always wanted 21st or some one to make great figures and they do, contes plastic was and is the best plastic out there. With these adds and TSSD I may end up painting and converting for a long time to come. There are now enough poses to switch to plastic for good!

After the 2 year wait for Contes Mexicans I swore I would not even acknowledge any future Contes stuff as it would probably be another promise unkept.
But lo & behold Richard Conte has got his hooks into me again. Those WW2 sets look to be his best ever. Now the countdown till release. Will it be 6 months or 2 years till we see them, if at all.
I will be at OTSN this weeklend, hopefully I,ll be able to get a set of his prototype GI,s.
Let the waiting begin!

"Fire in the hole" was coined during the Vietnam war, not WWII...

...oh sorry...those sets look cool! I like the hand to hand combat one, neat idea.
