ULTIMATE SOLDIER 1/32 GALLAND 109 QUESTION

Post by Buckyroo » Thu Sep 23, 2010 5:15 pm

Was the 1/32 Galland BF109E a rare bird?

I got one (opened w/no box) not sure if I want to hold onto it. Just looking for some feedback on it. Let me know...

Thanks

Kris

If you are talking about the yellow nosed version, Yes, it is probably one of the hardest 21st planes to get and similar to the Bonnie P-51D, it only showed up in limited quantities and in limited areas. I only saw one and I would have gotten it, but the prop was broke. Now I wished I had picked it up anyway.

Does some one know the codes of the Me-109 Galland and the P-51 Mrs. Bonnie?

The "Galland" ME-109E usually tops my list of the rarest of the 32x planes. I never saw one in person. However, I would rate the "Double Nuthin" P-51D as being rarer than "Mrs Bonnie" but thats largely because my area got in a bunch of "Mrs Bonnie" aircraft at one time and they took their time selling.
