Buzz Buggy has landed in cajun country

Post by Sabrefan » Thu Sep 16, 2010 9:34 am

I got a Corgi 72nd scale C-47 "Buzz Buggy" in today, and I really like it. Corgi does such a good job capturing the look of the real planes. This C-47 is a proud member of my growing 72nd scale collection. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

It's been a long road, but I am still in the game. :)

Glad it looks good. I have been waiting for a D-Day C-47 in 1:72 for years. I have one on order at my local store in Toronto, so it should get there soon.

Another good Corgi addition, Sabrefan.

The C-47 looks good in the invasion stripes scheme.

Some of the "rivet counters" do have a few issues with this release. Cockpit window, and Cargo door spring to mind.

But hey, if it looks like a C-47, good enough for me.

I got it and think it looks great too. Snake is right about the stripes, that's how they should look.

One poster had a good point, not really a criticism. It would look good with an open paratrooper door.
